Privacy Policy — AI Health

AI Health is an iOS and Apple Watch app developed and operated by an individual developer (“the developer”, trading under the name Solriya, which is a personal brand and not a registered company). This policy explains exactly what the app collects, where it goes, and what is never done with it.

What the app collects

• Health data you explicitly authorise. Only the HealthKit metric types you grant read access to — for example sleep, steps, heart rate, heart-rate variability, respiratory rate, blood oxygen, energy burned and workouts. The app never requests write access and never writes to Health.
• Your email address, used solely as your account identifier for sign-in. If you sign in with Apple and choose “Hide My Email”, only Apple’s private relay address is received — never your real address.
• Your device time zone, stored with each sample so daily figures are bucketed in the zone the data was recorded in.

The app contains no analytics, no advertising SDKs and no third-party trackers. No location, contacts, photos or browsing data are collected.

Why it collects it, and where it goes

The sole purpose is to make your own health data available to you through an AI assistant. Authorised metrics are read on your device and synced over TLS to storage in the developer’s Amazon Web Services account in the Asia Pacific (Tokyo) region, where each user’s data is kept in a separate partition keyed to their own account identifier.

Your data is then readable only by an AI assistant you personally connect and authorise — such as Claude, or another assistant supporting the Model Context Protocol (MCP). That connection requires signing in as you; no assistant can reach your data without your authorisation.

What is never done with your data

• It is never sold, rented or traded.
• It is never used for advertising or marketing, by the developer or anyone else.
• It is never used to train machine-learning models.
• It is never disclosed to third parties except the infrastructure providers below, and never for their own purposes.
• Health data is never shared with other users — there is no social or sharing feature.

Service providers

• Amazon Web Services — hosting, storage and authentication. AWS processes data only as an infrastructure provider on the developer’s instruction.
• Apple — if you use Sign in with Apple, Apple handles authentication and may issue a private relay email address.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest using AWS-managed encryption. Access requires a valid, short-lived access token issued to your account. Your data is retained until you ask for it to be deleted.

Your choices and rights

• Stop syncing at any time — revoke the app’s Health permissions in the iOS Health app (Sharing → Apps), or simply sign out.
• Delete your data — email the address below and all stored health data and your account record will be permanently deleted.
• Request a copy of the data held about you, by the same route.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as Japan’s APPI, the EU/UK GDPR or the CCPA. Requests are honoured regardless of jurisdiction.

Children

AI Health is not directed at children under 13, and no data is knowingly collected from them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the “last updated” date above will change and the revised policy will be posted at this address before the change takes effect.
